Indeed, nowadays, the subject of new trends for learning and teaching is very innovative, since there is a wide variety of digital tools to facilitate learning in the educational environment, however, in English practices, the theory has been applied to sociocultural learning of Lev Vygotsky the approach is to make learning known through social interaction: they acquire new and better cognitive abilities, however, I think that it is a very important issue with the use of customs that are used in a community and society, among them is the characterization of the use of technologies that make available to millions of people of all cultures, to generate a good implementation of the importance of new trends related to the design of learning environments.
